Who can use Neloa

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter into a contract. One account per person; accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

How the service works

Neloa places you in a small squad for a three-day quest. Photo and text sharing is available on Day 1, voice on Day 2, and squad voice and video on Day 3; the squad room can open earlier only if every member agrees. When the quest ends each member privately chooses who to stay in touch with, and private chat opens only on a mutual choice. Matching is automatic and we do not guarantee a specific squad, a specific person, or that anyone will pick you back. Features may change as the product develops.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You grant Neloa a limited licence to store, display and moderate it so we can operate the service. Only post content you have the right to share.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

By using Neloa you agree not to post objectionable content or engage in abusive behaviour towards other members. Neloa has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Filtering: all photo, text and voice content is screened automatically and reviewed by our team. Reporting: every post, profile and message can be reported in one tap. We review reports and act within 24 hours, removing the content and ejecting the member who posted it where the report is upheld. Blocking: you can block any member at any time, which ends all contact between you. Contact: neloa@gmail.com

Community rules

Not allowed: harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, nudity, content involving minors, impersonation, scams, spam, off-platform funnelling, buying or selling accounts, or requesting money or contact details from other members. Break these and we may remove content, end your squad, or suspend or delete the account.

Diamonds and payments

Diamonds are a consumable in-app currency with no cash value, no interest and no transferability. They are optional and used to host your own squad (200 Diamonds), unlock a premium role for a single quest (300 Diamonds) and buy cosmetic items. Joining a squad is free. On iOS all purchases are made through Apple In-App Purchase and are billed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policy; contact us and we will help where we can. Unused Diamonds are forfeited when an account is deleted, except where local law requires otherwise.

Suspension and termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or applicable law, or where we must act to protect other members. Serious safety violations take effect immediately.

Disclaimers

Neloa connects people; we do not run background checks and we are not responsible for the behaviour of other members offline. Meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and use your judgement. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Neloa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Apple and app stores

This agreement is between you and Neloa only, not with Apple, Google or any other store. The store operator is not responsible for Neloa or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Support requests go to neloa@gmail.com.

Changes and contact
